0. Introduction; Your Agreement to these Terms of Use.
Welcome to the Ravipiaggio.com (owned and operated by Ravi Automobile (Pvt.) Ltd.) website containting information about RAVIPIAGGIO motorcycle, a prodcut of Ravi Motorcycles.
The following Terms of Use for the RAVIPIAGGIO.COM is a legal contract between You, either an individual user or a single entity (“You” or, collectively, “Users”), and RAVI AUTOMOBILE regarding Your use of the RAVIPIAGGIO.COM.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF USE. YOU AND RAVIPIAGGIO.COM AGREE THAT ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE RAVIPIAGGIO.COM PLATFORM MUST COMMENCE WITHIN ONE (1) MONTH AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES. OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.
